Let it snow, let it snow

There have been requests for pictures on this blog to showcase the snow, new house, Ryan, etc. We've been super super busy with trying to unpack and keep Ryan from unpacking too much that I have neglected the blog. Well I am taking a break to post some pictures from the past few days. The weather was cold but dry on Thursday and Friday. Saturday we had a nice little snow storm blow through and drop about a foot of snow on us. Sunday the sun came out and it was beautiful with sparkly snow covering everything. Well today its snowing again but I love it. Yes we are currently having to rely on friends with four wheel drive to get around but hopefully we'll remedy that soon. Here are some pictures from the past few days.

We finally got some snow this weekend and some of it managed to stick. It snowed all day Saturday and for us Texans it was fun to watch. We took Ryan outside to see what he thought of the cold white stuff. He basically just stood there laughing at us but would occasionally try to pick up some of the snow. I don't know if he was happy to be in the snow or if he was just happy to be out of the hotel room. Hopefully we'll close on our house Thursday and be done with this tiny living situation.

I've also noticed that Ryan seems to prefer 2% milk and not whole milk. He'll drink the whole milk but I have to keep pushing it at him. If I give him 2% he drains it.

Shoes!

Here is a little clip of Ryan playing with shoes. He just loves shoes and gets the biggest kick out of walking around with them on his hands. It snowed today and the highs stayed around the mid 30's so Ryan was all bundled up. We had just gotten in and I had just taken off my shoes. If you come visit us be sure to put up your shoes, otherwise Ryan might take off with them.
